Food Bloggers love Twitter! And we might even be a little obsessed with Pinterest, but I’ll touch on that obsession on a later day.

Today we talk Twitter, and its fabulous ways to connect you with other foodies, find new foodies and begin new foodie friendships and most importantly keep you touch with your readers.

I have met some of the most remarkable foodie friends on Twitter who are always eager to help out with a recipe, offer support and suggestions and lovingly share my latest blog post. I have answered recipe questions, offered step-by-step guidance and have even screamed in sheer delight when one of my readers tweeted that they had tried and loved my recipe!  Twitter rocks!

Here, are a few reasons I love Twitter and why I think you should take a few minutes each day to invest in Twitter.

~Twitter helps you to connect with your readers. Everyone is on Twitter, and more than likely so are your readers.

~Find fellow foodies.  Search #foodblogger #foodie and you will be amazed with the results.

~ Find daily inspiration by finding new food blogs to follow on Twitter.

~ Ask for help on Twitter. There is always someone willing to share their knowledge.

~ Begin exciting new conversations and connect with really cool foodies!

~Support your fellow blogger or a newbie blogger by sharing their blog.  Everyone was once a newbie show your support by sharing their blog and begin new friendships.

~Grow your blog. I have connected with PR reps and companies who have found me on Twitter. Use Twitter to network and obtain new business relationships.

~ It’s fun!
