So you are beginning your journey as a food blogger; you visit fellow food blogger sites and are working diligently to improve your writing and photography skills, but your traffic is low.  Now what?

Well, welcome to the world of food porn, yes food porn.

Sites entirely devoted to featuring luscious, mouth-watering images from food blogs all day and all night.

Where do they get these spectacular food pictures? From food bloggers, yes, simply submit your picture with a link to your recipe and if accepted it will be featured and DRIVE traffic to your site.

Pretty cool, right?

I personally love browsing these sites for new recipes, learning about new cuisines, meeting new food bloggers, finding inspiration and of course gawking at my own featured picture. These sites have the ability to drive hundreds even thousands of new visitors to your blog, improve your stats and bring in potential new readers.

For me, these sites drive me every day to improve my pictures, push myself to try new recipes and hone in on my writing skills with the hope of taking my blog to the next level.

Below is a list of 20 sites to start you off in the world of food porn.  Give it a try and submit a few pictures.

If your photo does get rejected, do not get discouraged, just keep trying.
