rocsiLast month #LatinaBloggers were invited by Old Navy for an evening of Rumba & Zumba fun with Entertainment Tonight Weekend Host and Daily Correspondent Rosci Diaz.

If you’ve ever tried Zumba (if you haven’t, you must!) you know that working up a sweat while having a great time is part of the deal. What you wear needs to be flexible, comfortable and breathable. It makes all the difference while you Merengue, Salsa and Cumbia the hour away.

The LBC Team likes to get their Zumba on, so we were asked to try Old Navy’s Active Collection during the event. We absolutely loved it. The collection comes in a variety of styles and colors, and is made of cotton, spandex, and GoDry Fabric, which kept us dry and cool.

    I currently walk 3 miles every other day to stay fit during my pregnancy. I look forward to continuing my walking/jogging with my new son!

    I’m just walking . Plus some Lunge, hop, jump! Working on strengthens and shapes my quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves while also doing cardiovascular

    i do zumba 30 minutes daily, as well as walking an hour in the afternoon, I love that apart from exercising share this time with my husband.

    I’ve been training for and racing triathlon for about 3 years now. My plan has me running, cycling, and swimming twice per week (each sport). It keeps me engaged, active, interested, gets me outside, and is NEVER boring! Plus, I get to race all summer, which absolutely thrills me!

    Hi! I walk 30 minutes every day, is what advised me you to walk at least 30 minutes a day, and I started with a challenge to lose weight, and the main thing is to eat healthy. Thank you! ;)

    I LOVE it. I exercise 5 times a week. A different group class ever day. My favorite being strength training and kickboxing. I need some cute workout clothes.

    Right now I am doing a combo of walking on the treadmill, Leslie Sansone walking DVD’s and a little Wii Yoga
