#KikkomanSabor Challenge winners

The news we’ve all been waiting for are finally here! Congratulations to our Kikkoman challenge winners: Mayra Rodriguez of Estilo Familiar, Sandra Perez of Mama Noticias, and Nancy Polanco of Whispered Inspirations!

We must add that the selection process was specially hard because all 45 recipes looked absolutely delicious. In case you haven’t been following this campaign, the challenge was to re-invent traditional recipes using one of four Kikkoman sauces and only six ingredients with a preparation time of 30 minutes or less.

Mayra prepared a colorful Sushi Caribeño with Kikkoman Soy Sauce–a vegetarian sushi rolled in amarillito frito. Sandra made Tacos en Lechuga, using turkey meat and Kikkoman’s Soy Sauce. And Nancy used Kikkoman’s Teriyaki and Ponzu sauces to create Lime Teriyaki Carne Deschilada y Arroz. These three lucky ladies were hand picked by Chef Helen Roberts and have won get an all expenses paid trip to Kikkoman’s San Francisco test kitchen and spend a day cooking with Chef Helen Roberts.
