Latina Bloggers Weekly Round-Up

Hola Blogueras!

Are you ready for Girl Scout cookie season? Word on the street (okay, not the street, on the blogs) is that there’s a new cookie this year called “Mango Crèmes.” I wonder if the flavor was inspired by the mango-loving Latino population? After all, we got Dulce de Leche cookies in 2008, (and did you know that Girl Scout’s CEO is Latina?)

FUN FACT : Between 2001 and 2003, Girl Scout sold a variety of cookie called “Ole Oles” which were similar to Mexican Wedding Cookies.
