Mary Kay is one of the official sponsors of Univision’s original web series “Arranque de Pasión, La Historia de Ela.” A co-production between Univision Studios and Kate Del Castillo Productions, Inc., “Arranque de Pasión, La Historia de Ela” is airing on UVideos and Univision.com as a series of five-to-seven minute webisodes released at midnight ET every Monday, Wednesday and Friday through May 3rd, with a national airing of the novela in its entirety on the Univision Network on Sunday, May 5th.
Starring internationally acclaimed television and motion picture actress Kate del Castillo (as Ela), as well as popular leading men Carlos Ponce (as Checo) and Christian Meier (as Jordi), the series is centered around Ela, an accomplished auto racing driver who encounters love, drama and competition on and off the track.
Mary Kay, along with celebrity makeup artists and U.S. Glam Squad members, Luis Casco and Mariela Bagnato, have developed the “looks” for “Ela”(Kate Del Castillo) and “Marité” (Gabriela Vergara).
Univision.com/ArranqueDePasion and Mary Kay makeup artists will share tips with viewers on how to replicate the characters’ looks which were established by Mary Kay. Latina bloggers will create their own looks inspired by the show.

I’m sure by now you all know that The Mary Kay Glam Suite during the LATISM conference was all the rage. Between the mimosas, hilarious girl talk and the breathtaking views of Chicago’s exquisite architecture, it was an experience we will remember for a long time to come.

We’ve enjoyed reading every one’s Mary Kay experience. According to our beauty expert Ambassadors and many of the Bloggers who attended the event, the makeup lasted all day and the Glam Suite was a great bonding experience.
